Tribute and Memorial Cards

Cancer Hope Network will send, in your name, a card to a family or individual as a memorial, a tribute, or a special thanks.

Looking for a simple way to show you care and help those diagnosed with cancer? Simply enclose a Cancer Hope Network Giving Card in the envelope with your card or note and you are done ... nothing more to send out or fill in. Your card purchase is your donation. $20.00 includes 10 cards and shipping to you. Cards are business card size.

You may purchase multiples of 10 for specific occasions or the assortment pack. Specific occasions include:

• Christmas and Hanukkah "In this season of giving, a donation has been made in your honor to Cancer Hope Network"
• Birthday "A donation has been made to Cancer Hope Network in honor of this special occasion"
• General "A donation has been made in your honor to Cancer Hope Network"
• Memorial "To honor the memory of your loved one, a donation has been made to Cancer Hope Network"

• Assortment Pack containing 2 of each of the above.
